Marchton Automation is strictly on machining high quality precision metal parts by using multible Machining Measuring Instruments to ensure the tolerance excactly meet the requirments. There are many types of machining measuring instruments, common ones include:
Optical image measuring instrument: Also called optical image measuring instrument, two-dimensional image measuring instrument, referred to as two-dimensional measuring instrument. It is an image measuring instrument mainly used to detect two-dimensional data of workpieces. It can be used to measure symmetry, length, circle diameter, etc.
Three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine: It has multiple functions and can measure points, lines, surfaces, and curved surfaces, as well as three-dimensional dimensions of space. It is an important equipment for modern industrial inspection and quality control.
Vernier caliper: used to measure the inner diameter, outer diameter, length, width and depth of parts. It is easy to operate and has reliable measurement accuracy.
Height ruler: Mainly used to measure height, depth, flatness and verticality, etc.
Micrometer: Also known as a spiral micrometer, it has higher measurement accuracy than a vernier caliper. It is usually used to measure the external dimensions of circular parts, and its measurement accuracy can reach 0.01mm.
Feeler gauge: Mainly used to detect flatness, deformation, straightness, assembly clearance, etc., through feeler gauge pieces of different thicknesses.
Bore diameter dial indicator: used to measure the accuracy and ovality of the bore.
Thread gauge: used to detect the quality of internal and external threads.
Dial indicator: commonly used in the vise metering process, and can also be used to measure product flatness, etc.
